One more week....

credit: gossipcenter.com

and if anything stalls, I will scream and go all kinds of effed up CAH-RAZY. LC closes on the house next Tuesday. The reason why I will go all kinds of effed up CAH-RAZY is because I can NO longer absolutely NOT share my small, tiny apartment bathroom with him any longer. Yes, we live in common law sin. Hopefully soon, we'll be living in engaged sin. don't judge. don't be a hater. He needs room for his mantastic stuff i.e. shaving cream, razor, nose hair trimmer (PS-I never even knew such a thing existed before him), and whatever else it is on the silver tray I have for him. It took over my perfume space. And, I have product. Actually, I have lots of product. The first time LC walked into my bathroom, he came out with this response, "Your bathroom is disturbing. I have never seen so much product in my life." That's right ladies. I have product. Seriously, did he ever date a girly girl before me. I'm assuming not. Although, he did date that ridiculously skinny girl in college. I guess she didn't use product. But still, I digress....

I need more space. I NEED to be able to retreat to another bathroom when he is getting on my ever last nerve. I am one of those people who need space when they get ready. I get VERY VERY irritable while getting ready if I'm rushed or disturbed. I like to make sure that my eyelashes are perfectly curled, every strand of hair in place, blemishes, if any, VERY covered up, and basically, I want to walk out of that bathroom feeling like I look like a million bucks. I like to blast my music, take my time, and being punctual was never my forte. Ladies, I'm going insane. I get tired of the same questions, "Why do you straighten your hair?" "Why do you put on all that war paint?" "Why are you getting all dressed up?". These questions are always asked during the getting ready process. Never after, just during. I JUST WANT TO BE LEFT ALONE and emerge to LC telling me that I look beautiful. That's all I want. Please, keep me in your prayers. I need this extra bathroom soon for my sanity. Thanks for listening to my rant. I know there are bigger problems in the world than my bathroom deficiency. Thank you for joining me in my pity party. Invitations for the next one to come soon....

By the way, don't forget to ender my giveway. It ends tomorrow night at midnight CST.

I feel your pain. Having two bathrooms has been essential to the success of our marriage. I am so afraid that when we move we'll have to share a bathroom. We're so different in what we consider "clean." I wipe my counterspace, but I'm fine having my contact solution, hairspray and Chi sitting out. He keeps his counter clear of large items, but NEVER wipes it down! Eww!!

All I can say is, wait until you have a kid. Talk about needing space.

LOL :) It's so true. There's not a corner of my house that isn't covered with SOMETHING having to do with a kid.

The snake isn't mine, she's BF's. She's evil and I hate her lol. I'm scared of her to tell you the truth, she's so gross.

I know I wish I had my own bathroom big time. That is the #1 dirty secret no one tells you. Best of luck!

Okay, yes, trying to get ready in the same bathroom with a guy is next to impossible for me, for many reasons. Mainly, I am not a morning person - I do not want to talk. I want to put on my make-up in peace as that is a very soothing process for me. Also, I would get annoyed watching my ex comb his hair a million times (and it always looked the same).

I can totally relate. When we buy our next house, my husband and I need to have our own bathrooms.

Hi--love your blog! I'm also LIS (no ring yet!) and we share one TINY bathroom that is used at the same time every morning because we drive to work together, ahhh. I just want a huge counter with a space for all my makeup and no shaving activity in there taking up the mirror! Is that so much to ask?!
