Black Friday Finds...

This is the first year, I didn't go crazy spending $$$ on moi. Last year, I bought clothes, Christmas decor for mi casa hey that's not just for me, right?, and presents for others, of course;) This year I refused to owe my parents, LC, or my credit card for that matter when it came to the infamous Black Friday black hole of debt. This time around, I stuck to budget and only put a whopping $55 on credit. Snaps for me!!!!! These are the things I bought for moi:

Gap city flats in flint grey (picture 1) and graphite (picture 2). Graphite is a metallic, but you can't tell it in the pic. BF before noon, everything in Gap was 50% off. I only spent $33 on both pairs, because I had a $10 reward coupon.
I got this fun, matte sequin gold top from NY&Co. I thought it would be cute for a holiday party. The other material on the tank is like chiffon. It's super cute, and for $22, it was worth it!!

Those are the only 2 items I charged. I'm so proud of myself. I really did need the flats for teaching, and well, I just wanted the sparkly tank:)

The only other things I bought for myself aren't technically just for "myself".  Last year, the pattern I chose for my holiday china was Winterberry. It's not really that expensive, and I really liked the pattern. JC Penney was having 50% off on BF, so I picked up two serving bowls. That totaled to $25 which is not that bad. My parents bought me the cheese spreader and dip bowl as well as a little platter. Here's the pattern:
I love Winterberry. I have more of a traditional style, so this pattern is great for me! You can find Winterberry at Macy's, JC Penney's, Sears, and lots of other places. It is made by Pfaltzgraff and is relatively reasonable.

What did you find on Black Friday???

Very cute stuff! Love the flats!

They don't have Thanksgiving or Black Friday over here, so no shopping for me :-( That was probably a good thing, though! It was torture to read about all of the great sales!

Love the winterberry. All my holiday glasses are in that pattern.

The shoes are cute. Way to go braving the crowds on Black Friday and sticking to your budget.

Winterberry is my Christmas pattern too. I love it!

You found some treasures Miss belle, the shoes are just darling. And I have bought a number of Winterberry pieces for the MIL, it's kind of her secondary Christmas pattern for her, it's so pretty.

sending you a smile,
