There aren't words....

to describe this yumminess!

LC took me out to dinner on Friday, and we decided to go to Bahama Breeze. Normally, I get my trusty dish Jerk Chicken Pasta, but the server convinced me to try this. Here's the description from the BB website:
NEW Buttermilk Fried Chicken
Buttermilk-marinated chicken breasts, lightly seasoned and golden-fried, layered with spinach, tomatoes and melted cheese. With garlic mashed potatoes, lemon butter sauce and black bean roasted corn salsa.

OH MY LAWDY, IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Thank goodness, we ordered the onion rings appetizer which allowed me to only eat half of this dish. According to the nutrition, just the chicken with goodies is 900 calories. That doesn't include sides. Even so, I couldn't eat a whole thing even if we'd hadn't ordered an appetizer. So, if you split it in half, I guess it's not that bad if you're splurging for dinner. I just had to share this delightful find! Will I order it the next time? Yes! We don't go there that often, so it will be my special treat. NOM NOM NOM!

OMG that looks amazing! I just inhaled 4 hours of Superbowl food and could eat that in 2 seconds if you handed it to me right now, ha ha!

I am so glad I came across this post! We have a Bahama Breeze Restaurant here in NC! I had the coconut shrimp and it was great! Next time I am going to take your advise and try what you had!
