I recently priced a pair of eyeglasses, and they were going to cost me around $300:/ Not to mention, my husband recently had an eye exam, and he needs glasses to wear while driving at night. For us both to buy glasses, that would be over $500! That is just not in the budget with saving for IVF, paying off debt, and trying to be fiscally responsible. I knew there had to be other alternatives than the vision shops in my local mall.
I recommend GlassesUSA.com. They are budget friendly and won't break the bank! When you first bring up the site, a box automatically pops up offering 50% off your first pair! Not to mention, they offer a 100% money back guarantee as well as free shipping! And, if for whatever reason you *might* have to return them, they offer free return shipping.
I think this is great, because I have vision insurance. But now after having it, I find that not a lot of places take my insurance and am often told to purchase eyeglasses and submit an invoice hoping the insurance company might pay something on it. No thanks. And, the one place close to me that does accept my policy is outrageous! That's why I'm glad I found GlassesUSA!
I love the fact that they have this handy dandy little tool that lets you try on the glasses online. So awesome! Here's a pic of me playing with it the other day.
And, I've included a Try-It-On Mirror for you as well!

An old coworker used to order glasses from Zenni Optical. I don't wear glasses but M does and holy cow they are expensive.
