our JL house

So, today is my first day of Junior League. My retreat isn't until this weekend though. If you're in Junior League, how was your first experience???

*YAY*!

I have met some of the sweetest and most amazing women through JL. A few of the stereotypes (but not many at all!) Have fun on your retreat!

How funny I joined JL this year too. Our chapter (Boston) does not have a retreat, maybe that's a southern tradition. I have my Welcome Cocktail Party tomorrow night. I'm so excited for the both of us, how fun for us to compare notes this year :)

I have been toying with joining the Jr. League here, but they don't accept new member until Spring. Let me know how it goes!!

I've contemplated JL for several years now, but not sure if I have the time.
Let me know how it goes this year & maybe I'll give it more consideration. `

Oh, I loved that house!

I joined in Chicago. Provisional year was great. I transferred into Memphis a year later and had a really great time there. They'll keep you busy, for sure but I hope you enjoy it!

Sounds like so much fun!! I don't think my county here in TN has a JL. Can't wait to hear about it = )

I was an extremely active member in San Francisco, but once I moved to LA, I was really disappointed in my experiences. I reluctantly resigned, but think fondly of my league years in SF!
