Whenever I'm out, even if it's not shopping for a dress, I ALWAYS check the clearance section for a cute dress. Last year I was at Dillards, and there just so happened to be a $9.99 rack of dresses. $9.99 I KID YOU NOT!!!! I found this little gem below. It was originally like $150. I didn't need it at the time, but for ten bucks who could pass that up. I wore it for the second time last night to a wedding. I think I've already gotten my ten bucks worth:)

Here's my most recent steal that I got a couple of weeks ago at Macy's:
It's Nine West, and I got it for $33 including tax. It's was just sitting all by its lonesome on the clearance rack. No others like it. It fit perfectly. Also, here's an up close pic of the pattern:
It's super neutral. The dark color is plum, and I just love the greys and browns. It looks way better on than on the hanger.
The main reason why I scoop up little dresses like these even if I don't need them is because eventually I will. I used the be the girl who waited til the last minute to find the perfect dress. Now, I rarely have to scramble around hitting up the mall like crazytown trying to find something to wear. I normally pull something cute out of my closet because I like to think ahead.

Belk's and Dillard's always have the best cheap, cute dresses. You never really know what you're going to find. I got a really cute red ruffly dress in Belk the other day for $6!

LOVE a great cheap dress!! i have a $12 ann taylor loft dress just chilling in my closet...it WILL get worn one day, but for $12 i couldn't leave it behind!
