Puggy started going cray cray, and I didn't hear anything. I went to the door, and my invitations had come. I was SO excited. I couldn't wait to see them!
I opened them up and the invitation colors had been switched:( The whole invitation suite was supposed to match. Chocolate brown design and gold font with the exception of our names which are in espresso on the invite.
I FREAKED OUT! Freaking out was an understatement. I was so upset. I had to calm myself down before calling mygatsby.com
And their customer service is AMAZING. The young lady on the phone was so nice, and she is getting it fixed. (wasn't my fault). Crisis solved.
Then, I look at the RSVP cards in the sunlight and the design is either gold or espresso like the espresso was running out of ink:( I had to call back again. *sigh* I ended up getting the same girl on the phone, and she thought it was espresso but that it was much lighter than the other things. So, she's adding that to the redo too.
It's so nice when you are having problems with wedding related stuff to get great customer service. It's nice to know that a company stands behind their products.
