Family Christmas

To make things easier on all of us, we celebrate Christmas on my mother's side a week early. Our Christmas is done in the early afternoon or around an early dinner. It's super casual, and we always play Dirty Santa. It's loads of fun!!! I cooked this Cheezit casserole, and it was a hit! If I can make it, you know it's super easy. Ha!

Please excuse the hair. I hot rolled it, and I didn't have time to "tame" it before I took this pic. Needless to say, it didn't look this crazy when I left:)

Scarf: Multi-Polka Dot (from NY&Co.-last year)
Tee: Banana Republic (don't have teal, but here are other colors)
Jeans: Blue2 (have no idea where from, these are old college roommate's)
shoes: nude patent City Flats (Gap-last spring)

In case you're wondering this was my dirty santa gift:

I forget what LC chose, but he stole and ended up with this:

So, last night, we had wings and a movie. Classy! Hahahaha, but it was a semi-free night out so I'm not really complaining:) We went and saw the new Sherlock Holmes movie. You know I wasn't that impressed with this one. I think the plot was lacking and honestly, I thought the movie kind of dragged out. But then again, that's just my opinion. I really want to see the Girl With the Dragon Tattoo next.

I think my husband would love that date night. I'm sorry to hear that Sherlock Holmes 2 wasn't as good; I think we might still go see it, though. Or was it really that bad?

Merry Christmas!

We played Dirty Santa at a party last weekend too. I'd never done it before, but it is pretty fun!

What a fun scarf! I didn't really like the first Sherlock Holmes either. It seemed like it lasted forever.
