Day 5: Baby Fever...

Well, I guess it's not really a secret. If you follow me on twitter, you already know that we've started trying to have a baby. It's disheartening. You spend so many years trying to prevent the situation when you're younger, and when you finally are ready, you want it to happen like now...and, it doesn't. We started trying in June, and it just hasn't happened yet. I'm scared about infertility, I'm scared about my age, I'm scared about about what I don't know. I'm really sad and don't know what else to say about it.

My obgyn is doing research for a hospital; therefore, he can only see my through my first trimester when I become pregnant. Then, he has to refer me to someone else. I decided to find a new one who would be able to see my through the whole thing. I meet with her tomorrow. I'm hoping she can shed some light on what's going on and if there is a problem, that it's an easy fix. Hoping for some good news! I'll update tomorrow.

Also, I've ventured out into uncharted territory called selling something. I've never sold anything in my life, but I took a leap of faith with Scentsy. I really love the products, and I use them myself. So, I hope I can become successful at it. I'm just starting out, and I know it takes time. If you'd like to check them out, here's a link to my store: https://southernbellejm.scentsy.us

PS-don't forget! i'm giving away a Thirty-One lunch thermal tote in the pattern of your choice and monogrammed if you want it to be here. not a lot of entries so your luck is good!

Wishing you all the best with your upcoming appointment. These things are so hard, and I know that my friends and I have the same worries too.

Wishing you all the best! Myself and my husband are going through a bit of baby fever ourselves! We have a couple road blocks in this department though, it'll happen when it's meant to happen!

I know how you feel. When you're ready for it to happen, you hate to wait. It took us almost a year, but I started seeing my doctor after just 5 months of trying. You're doing the right thing by not waiting any longer to see her. Good luck! :)

Wishing you all the best! I went to the GYN last week and was told that when we ever do want to have kids I will have to do IVF or surrogacy. It's definitely a shock, but I've found that there's some great support out there.

Your post really touched me. Not concieving month after month can be stressful. I went through a similar situation while trying to have a baby. When I forgot about trying, it happened. My daughter is now 17 and has been an absolute blessing in my life. Be encouraged and don't lose heart.
