You know your significant other doesn't trust you

when he doesn't allow you to BROWN meat. Seriously. Kraftfoods.com emails me their e-letter, or whatever you call the thing they email you with recipes. It was for sloppy tacos. Yeah, I know that title just doesn't sound right. Of course, LC had to forward the email to his best law school friend with a HAHAHAHAHAHAHA included because it was titled "Sloppy Tacos". Yes, sometimes, I feel like I'm dating a 14 year old boy, but still I digress....
The recipe is so simple I'm including it. And, so easy and fast, even the title below novice cook like me can do it! However, LC thinks not. He was quick to ask if I was going to do the cooking. I was like um, yeah you only have to brown some meat and mix some crap together. And then, voila! Dinner will be served. He came home with the sloppy tacos yeah, I just had to say it again because now after thinking about it; it's rather humourous in a disgusting sort of way ingredients and just began to cook. I was like psssh, whatevs. You want to be the kitchen control freak then you just go right ahead with your bad self. Because, I prefer relaxing on the couch watching some HGTV while my dinner is being cooked for me which you already know if you follow me on Twitter. That my friends is the life....yeah, yeah, I know. I have an awesome boyfriend! ahem *cough, cough* if you're reading this LC love you could be fiance if you'd get to shaking and moving that diamond in my face=)

Here's the recipe with my adjustments(or should I say the adjustments I told LC to make) Ha!:

Sloppy Tacos*

Ingredients:

1lb ground beef
1 jar of salsa (I use medium)
1 pkg of taco seasoning
1 pkg of hamburger buns
1 container of sour cream
1 tomato
1 pkg of shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Brown meat in large skillet; drain
Stir in salsa and taco seasoning; cook until heated through; stirring occasionally
Spread sour cream on buns like you would any condiment. Put meat on the buns, some tomatoes, cheddar cheese, or any other topping that suits your fancy!
*Adapted from KraftFoods sloppy taco recipe

Voila, sloppy tacos...sorry, I couldn't resist. Tehe=)

I just saw this recipe in the new Kraft mag! It looks/sounds delicious although it doesn't look very health friendly! ha ha.. We'd probably change out the gr beef for gr turkey. Glad to have seen a real review of it!

This looks delicious! I'll have to give it a try. It seems simple and fast enough for me! Thanks!

As far as skin care, I love love LOVE Estee Lauder's! Their product line is fabulous. The Advanced Night Repair has 20 worldwide patents! That's unbelievable! My grandma, mother, sister and myself all use this skincare and have all had incredible results. It may be a bit of an investment at first, but those bottles will last you the entire year. I use Soft Clean cleanser, Advanced Night Repair, Advanced Night Repair eye cream, Idealist and HydraBright. You can find the right regimen for you at:

Good luck finding something!
