My 2009 Christmas Wish List

Here's my wish list this year:

I so want to go see this:

Here:

There are some $20 seats left. Heck, I'd even take the $5 seats. I love The Nutcracker. My favorite Christmas story by far! And yes, our theater, The Orpheum, is absolutely breathtaking and adds to the ambiance of the whole experience. Beautiful! If you come to Memphis, you must see at least one show here while you're in town!!!

I heard these books are such an easy read. These are the books that the HBO series True Blood is based on. Supposedly, this book set is like an adult version of Twilight. I figure this would be a light read for me before I start Middlemarch by George Eliot. Yes, I'm a nerd. I read things like Eliot, Shakespeare, and Tolstoy for fun. English major over here!!!

Ever since I saw Pretty in Pink Megan with this blouse, I have been in love. I looovvvvvvvveeeee this Kate Spade Madeleine blouse. Too bad, my checking account doesn't have the same feeling.

A pair of Kate Spade gumdrop earrings. *le sigh*

A gift certificate from here. I may or may not have a slightly faded color and straw like ends. Gaw, buying Christmas presents, and, ahem, John Mayer tickets is keeping me from upkeeping myself

David Yurman amethyst bracelet(s). A girl can wish, right?

A set of Lilly Pulitzer note cards found here.

Bath & Body Works Sensual Amber candle. This is my absolute FAVE scent from their line.

These PJ's. I love love love love love love infinity love toile. These are pink and purple toile from VS. Love them.

Quite a few of these aren't budget friendly and are just my wishful thinking. A girl can wish, right? But most of all, I am just happy and grateful to be employed and to be able spend the holidays with my fam, LC, my friends including  Southern Domestic Diva and  Diminuta ardilla en la Gran Mundo, and my puggy.

I've thought about taking my little diva to see The Nutcracker this year. Yes, she's only 4 but she's taken 2 years of dance & LOVES ballet.
And I totally agree about the Orpheum. Just something about it adds to the experience.

Hi there! I'm visiting you back and when I saw this post I knew I had to comment!
I love your list and just wanted to tell you that I bought the True Blood book set a month ago and I'm on book #5. It's such an easy read and just as easily addicting as Twilight but it is more "grown up".
I bought my set from www.abcdistributing.com and found that price to be better than others out there.
Love your pug art up top too!
