My New Significant Other...

Yup, you guessed it. The GYM. I finally had enough with being tired and out of energy all the time. I joined the gym by my house this weekend, but this time it's going to be different. Not obsessed with calorie counting or being thin. Psssh, this JLo booty doesn't go anywhere even when I am "thin". It's still there but in smaller form. LOL! I just want to work on having more energy and being in better shape. If the lbs come off, I'm not going to complain though;) I worked out Monday night after work. It felt great. I felt right back at home. I am MOST DEF out of shape. I ran a mile in 14.5 minutes, did a set of pull ups, and called it a night. I was so mad that I had forgot my socks yesterday. By the time I got off work, it was too late to be going home to get socks and then back to the gym:( I felt so freakin' guilty. When the guilt starts, and the minute you get home you pack your gym bag for the next day, you KNOW you're back on the fit train.

Hey there! I grew up going to OLPH in Germantown, the beau and I are going through RCIA at St. Louis, and we're getting married at St. Mary's downtown. Where do you go!?

Good luck on the fit train! I know the feeling of packing my bag the second I get home.

Love, love, love the fit train, if only I was consistent instead of being on it for a few months and then off of it for a few months!

Good for you! I need to utilize the gym at my apartment complex - I'm so super duper lazy that it's pathetically sad to think too much about! I always feel pretty amazing when I do hit the FIT train - good luck!

Good for you Miss Belle, it always pays off in the long run, despite the initial pain. Sigh.

Sending you a smile,

Good for you. I have a treadmill & it just sits in my room taunting me. I think I've gotten on it 3 times the entire month of January. I swear it sits there & mocks me. Evil thing.

Good for you! It is a great feeling to be back on the fit train! I stay more motivated when I work out regularly for health reasons as opposed to doing it for weight loss. SO worth the hard work!

I need to jump on that train with you!

I think this is a great idea!! I always have more energy when I workout and I am counting down the days until I can get back there in the mornings, but I am enjoying that sleeping in a little- hehe =)

I always have to drag myself to the gym, but I am always so glad I went once I have finished my workout. I need to remember that when it is time to go this afternoon! :)
