The Nude Shoe

So, the new "hot" item right now is nude shoes. They are a must have for the Spring/Summer this year! And in all reality, you CANNOT go wrong with a nude shoe. It's a neutral, ladies, and they will go with alot of your outfit choices. Not to mention, in my opinion, I think they elongate the leg. So, if you're short like me, they make you appear taller. I cannot afford a pair of Loubs oh, how i lust for thee though, but I did find a really great pair for a great price. I purchased these below.
There are two things I like about these heels. One is the peeptoe, and the second is the all leather look. Peeptoe will easily transition from Spring to Summer. While shopping for nudes, I found lots of them with the "wood-looking" heel. I wanted a pair that could easily be worn with a casual dress or a cocktail dress. These did not disappoint!!! The price was affordable, and they are a great shoe:) In my experience, this heel runs true to size. The designer is  Nine West, and the style name is Escher. I got these beauties for $55 including tax at Macy*s. They were on sale for $59.99, and I had a $10 coupon. Also, they were on sale at the Nine West website for the same price as well.

***And, I must give a special thanks to my bloggy best friend Jennifer over a Diary of a Southern Belle. She came up with a great name for my wardrobe blog. Without further adieu....it will be titled Belle's Boudoir! Thanks sweet friend!

And another investment for Spring/Summer was this:
Yeah Yeah, I know she's a freak, but I LOVE her. I bought the deluxe edition of Fame Monster which includes The Fame. I have not taken Fame Monster out of my cd player since I bought it last Thursday. Lady Gaga will def be on my playlist for the 5Ks I plan on running this Summer!!!!

Also, a reader asked about the NY&Co dresses I posted about last time. I'm a 4-8 (depending on designer) from the waist down, and a solid 4 from the waist up. I took a size small. As far as the coupons go, the coupon I received was actually through their email list and not for my bday. But, NY&Co mails great coupons out ALL the time. To receive them, all you have to do is sign up on their website. That's it:) Also, I love to respond to y'alls comments!!! If you don't have your email setup on your blogger profile, sadly, I cannot email you back with answers or responses to your comments.

You're tagged! Because I like your blog so much, head on over to my blog, I tagged you for something. :)

Oh, and thanks for the info on the nude heels. I did a post last Friday about nude heels, and yes, they were about the Louboutins, but unfortunately a little too expensive for me. I found the same Nine West ones online last night, but on Nordstrom, where they weren't on sale, so thanks for the heads up!

I didn't make to Nine West, but I did pick up these bad boys at Aldo: http://www.aldoshoes.com/us/women/sandals/platform/78197157-kunert/37&flagid=wneutrals

I love suede heels, so much easier on my feet!

You absolutely rock. I adore nude heels and have been on the hunt for a good reasonably priced pair. I think you may have found a pair that will suit me perfectly too. Thanks and rock those pumps. :)

Thank you for telling us about these! Do they run true to size? I'm getting ready to pull the trigger and buy them online, but need your advice on sizing. Thanks girl!

I love nude shoes but haven't bought any yet. I am SO pale, even after trying to tan (with sunblock becuase I'm pale), so I look like I'm not wearing shoes! It really is funny looking. But, I put on sunless tanner today, we'll see!

I NEED to get some nude shoes ASAP! Those are really cute and I agree with you about not wanting the "wood" heels.
